I'm currently working at a ROWE workplace. There's not a whole lot of difference between this and other Agile-based places I've worked, except that there are more than the usual number of people who work from home or take a day or two off. Notably, it's also a beautiful summer for MN, and so I'm not sure how much of that is ROWE and how much of that is normal absenteeism.
