Yesterday, I gave a talk at the Game Design Conference here in San Francisco, on exploratory design for new user interfaces. I think it went well enough, seeing as it was my first time giving a proper conference talky-talk. Some people said nice things to me and no one threw anything at the podium and I didn’t puke, so I’m going to go ahead and say that it went well.

The slides are pretty sparse and don’t really show the important points of the talk (which features a long, meandering story about watching people learn to use a mouse in the mid-90s that I will have to trim down if I give this talk again), but if you want to take a look, you can see get to them on SlideShare or as a PDF.
